Prior, during and after your consultation, you may have to give some confidential information about yourself.  Please note any information you give will be held in the strictest of confidence and will be processed accordingly and stored in a secure facility.  All data will be processed according to what has been stipulated by the Data Protection Act 1998, the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003, and the General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679).

It will not be passed to any third party and only relevant parts of this will passed to healthcare professionals to perform relevant tests and treatment which is required to be done.
